History of Souderton Truck Center
Souderton Truck Center was established in 1987, which operates under a parent company James A Turner Inc. Originally from Ambler PA – James A Turner Inc. started out as a family owned operation by James A Turner Sr. The business’s primary operation was hauling bulk aggregates for the construction industry. In the 80’s, James oldest son, James A Turner Jr., took over and expanded into the transport of bulk petroleum products. During this expansion, James re-located the operations to Souderton PA due to space constraints

Now in their third generation, the business is currently operated by James A Turner Jr.’s two sons James (JT) Turner III and John Turner. Through the years we have learned the importance of having your trucks rolling as quickly as possible. The experience from running our own fleet for so many years has taught us this, and has become the basis for operating Souderton Truck Center. Keying off the achievements and knowledge of the parent company & contributed to the organisation’s growth and ability to service customers at very affordable price levels. This new venture provided Truck and Trailer Repairs, which grew quickly in both size and stature. Souderton Truck Center has quickly become a major player in truck and trailer repairs in Bucks and Montgomery county for the past 25 years. The business is still currently operated by family and employs approximately 25 employees!
